Program Description

The online Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree is designed for students looking to serve in any type of global organization. Students must choose at least one concentration and can select a maximum of two.

This concentration is relevant for students who would like to manage any type of organization of large or small size, public, private, or non-profit. The subjects highlight the importance of management in a globalized world, as well as the understanding of the ethical implications of managerial decisions. Saint Leo's Donald R. Tapia College of Business offers a curriculum that develops your capacity to succeed with skill-building programs and events and a focus on the ethical implications of managerial decisions. These valuable experiences help provide a well-rounded education for all our online students and prepares them for the working world.

Students must successfully complete 120 credits to graduate from this program. Credit requirements are divided into 4 study areas *

  • Common Body of Knowledge Subjects (36 credits)
  • University Exploration Subjects (42 credits)
  • Disciplinary Subjects (24 credits)
  • General Electives - Complete enough general elective credit hours to meet the total hours required to earn the degree.
