Corporations across the globe in industries such as telecommunications, construction, information technology, entertainment, healthcare and defense are becoming increasingly project-based and project-team oriented. An online MBA degree with a concentration in project management provides students with the skills necessary to lead complex projects for mid to large-size corporations.
The project management MBA course consists of 36 credit hours (12 subjects)* and focuses on best practices for selecting, initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing projects.
