Admission Process - Undergraduate
To be eligible for admission in one of Saint Leo's online undergraduate programs, you must meet the following criteria:
- Must not be a resident of the U.S.
- Must be proficient in English
- Must be a Higher Secondary School graduate (12th grade) with U.S. equivalent GPA of 2.0 (C) or higher (passing or above on your 12th grade final HSC, ICSE, CBSE, AISSC or other standardized exam)
- Note: If final 12th grade exam scores are not available students may submit their mid-term or prelims 12th grade scores and/or their 11th grade final scores.
To apply:
1. Complete the
free online application and create your Saint Leo account.
2. Provide the required color digital/scanned documentation:
- Final Degree certificate (or Provisional) - HSC, CBSE, ICSE, AISSC or any other standard XII certificate
- Marksheet/statement of marks (XII)
- Aadhaar card or PAN card
3. Full payment of selected course package.
Note: For final admission, you will be required to send us official university attested/notarized copies of your official Exam Certificate and marksheets. Please contact your enrollment advisor for information on submitting official documentation.
Admission Process - Postgraduate
To be eligible for admission in one of Saint Leo's online postgraduate programs, you must meet the following criteria:
- Must not be a resident of the U.S.
- Must be proficient in English.
- Must have earned your undergraduate degree from an NAAC accredited university with a letter grade of “A” or above
- Must have received a U.S. equivalent GPA of 3.0 (B) or higher in the last three semesters of your degree
To apply:
1. Complete the
free online application and create your Saint Leo Account.
2. Provide the required color digital/scanned documentation:
- Final Degree certificate (or Provisional) - HSC, CBSE, ICSE, AISSC or any other standard XII certificate
- Undergraduate Degree/Certificate
- Mark sheet(s)/Official transcripts from all accredited colleges or universities attended
- Aadhaar card or PAN card
3. Full payment of selected course package.

Application and Payment deadlines
We offer you the opportunity to start your degree 6 times during the year, and each term has a deadline for both your documents and payment.
5 July start date: Apply by 21 June, pay by 28 June
28 August start date: Apply by 14 August, pay by 21 August
23 October start date: Apply by 9 October, pay by 16 October
